We accept Paypal payments which you can use major credit cards like Visa,and Mastercard.

If it’s local delivery, usually takes 1 day. Otherwise it may take 2-3 days depending on your selection of Shipping options and Canada Post (Hopefully there are no strike)

We use most secure payment options available including SSL and Paypal API Encryption.

If your order is in stock, we usually ship it in same day. If the product is not in stock, either it’s in production or back order. We will notify you if there is any delay.

 

Yes, we send invoices via email in PDF format.

Dreamore is fully integrated with Canada Post and uses Canada Post shipping fees in shipping calculations. Shipping & handling fees are calculated in real-time based on your order’s weight and dimensions and it is displayed at the check out page.

We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Products can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a refund on the cost of goods (less shipping charges ).

If an error has been made by us on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer and they will be accountable for return freight.
